1. Grant of License
Sparekey Technologies Inc. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Sparekey application on your personal mobile devices (iOS/Android) or access it via web browsers strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the application.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse-compile, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
- Bypass or disable any security features, access key verifications, or data encryption mechanisms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Application, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, brand identity, and design assets, is the sole intellectual property of Sparekey Technologies Inc.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sparekey is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Sparekey Technologies Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from household financial disputes or offline payment discrepancies between flatmates.
